Running for NHS Patients and Staff

I'm running to support the amazing work that NHS staff and patients do everyday. My auntie works at Ashford and St Peter's Hospital and it's incredible to hear how much goes on to improve the spaces where people recover and work. Healing Arts improves architecture, creates gardens for people to relax in and brings arts and music to the wards. This supports patients wellbeing, aid their recovery and for staff, having a space where they can recover away from the wards is incredibly important. Having visited hospital many times to see family I am more than happy to to run this marathon to make a difference.
